Once we have researched your ebike, we will schedule an appointment for you to drop your bike off so we can inspect it, this can take up to 48hrs. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT ARRIVE DURING TESTING.

Before you take the time, please understand that we are a dealer and we purchase new bikes at wholesale prices; so a “good” used bike is going to have 30-50% retail value. We have to recondition all used bikes which takes labor and generally some new parts.
